Hello. I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to the neighborhood.

Grant and I (and our 2 dogs - Riley and Calvin) moved into 4029 Vista Grande last weekend.

We are in the process of doing many updates to the house so you will see us with tools in our hands for the next couple of months.

As part of the renovation, we have a number of items that we would like to sell - primarily the new carpet we removed from the entire house - appx. 800 sq ft of light beigh pile carpet and underpad. Since many of the houses in the neighborhood have similar layouts, this carpet may be a perfect fit for someone. It is from our living room, 3 bedrooms and hallway.

We also have a gas dryer, washing machine, refrigerator with icemaker and various other items available.

I'd like to welcome you to the neighborhood. I hope you get a chance to fill out a page on the ''Meet Your Neighbors'' section of the web site. We can all fill out one of these pages, so we can get to know one another. You can expect to see our newsletter delivered to your house every month by the 20th or sooner. Our meetings are at the elementary off of Marlowe Dr & Vista Grande Dr on the 3rd Thursday of every month except for the 3 summer meetings, which we will post here and in the newsletter. Your block is the home of the world?’s tallest rose & a summer block party down near Loma Alta Dr. I live on your block as well so if you need any helpful hints my job is remodeling.
