First of all wouldnt it be nice to be informed when the monthly meetings are. I thought the dates and times were to be posted, around the mailboxes. Second what happened to towing those who parked on the street, I have yet to see anyone towed, as I live on the most parked on street in the community. I personally dont have a problem with parking on the street as long as it is not continuesly done. As far as increasing the ''dues'' that is ridiculous, I am not paying for some idiot who wont! By law you can only raise the dues by 5% yearly, and where the heck do I send in my vote, maybe you could put an adress in there next time? that would be helpful. I also have a problem with very loud noise from our neighbors, which need to be adressed. I really feel like I am in the dark about the HOA lately, I would go to the meetings if I knew when they were and they were at a reasonable time after work or on weekends. I am not anticipating a response because I dont think anyone from the ''BOARD'' even checks this website anymore. But I would like some answers quickly. Like maybe before my imaginary ''VOTE for the due increase gets tallied. Thank and have a nice day.
