My wife and I are about to sign a contract for a house on Barbarossa St, 77083.

We read in the San Miguel Deed Restrictions that contractors need to be approved by the TREC / San Miguel HOA. We will need an inspection and survey done during the 10 day waiting period.
Is there a list of approved contractors for inspections and surveys, and other work that may need to be done?
Is there a TREC/San Miguel HOA contact who can assist us with these and other questions that may arise?
And is there any literature/documentation for potential home owners like us for the San Miguel HOA? We will continue to browse their websites ...
