Please mail your maintenance fees to Prosperity Bank using the coupons and envelopes provided. Each condominium is assigned a three-digit account number that must appear in the top right corner of your check to be properly credited. Your account number is the same as your current account number, except Sp must precede it. For example, Unit 1 is Sp-001.
For matters related to Board meetings, problems with on-going rehabs, please contact property manager or Mr. Kermit James (SPW Board President) at 713-772-8431. Your concerns would be delegated to the appropriate board members on their area of responsibility, or would be discussed and decided by the majority of the board.
