I'm actually happy for all those homeowners who deserve the fee reduction. Of course it doesn't include YOU since you have been eating and swallowing our money with a full stomach. With all that money you are so rich now living off the interest, $52 a month is just pocket change for you. Hey, you gave yourself away by your own post.

Ask your landlord

Hey at least renters would never have a chance to eat away landlords money. Why do want them off the property? You should want all current board members off so that ex-board members return. How long have you been on that diet? Getting thin and a little frustrated?
