Dear Sandy Corners Homeowners’ Association Members:
On March 16, 2005 the annual meeting of the members of the Sandy Corners Homeowners’ Association was held. Kelly Ackley and I were re-elected as Trustees. I was elected as President and Treasurer and Kelly Ackley was elected as Secretary. We have set the budget for the June 1, 2005 to May 31, 2006 fiscal year and a copy is enclosed for your information. As you can see, most of our Association budget is spent on landscape maintenance, which includes mowing, trimming, fertilization, mulching and maintenance of our irrigation system.
This year, the amount each homeowner owes in dues is $150.00, which is due by June 1, 2005. Please note that the By-laws of the Association state that an administrative fee of $25.00 may be charged for any unpaid balance remaining 10 days after the due date (June 11, 2005). Checks should be made payable to “Sandy Corners Homeowners’ Association”. Please mail your check to:

The trustees have set up a trial website for the neighborhood. If there is any interest from the neighborhood, it will be updated and expanded. We would appreciate any feedback you would give us, such as whether you would check there for upcoming neighborhood events, upcoming city events, a copy of the deed restrictions, etc. The website address is: www.neighborhoodlink.com/dublin/sandycorners/.
