As you can see, things are moving forward at a fast pace. Did you notice that the landsdaper moved the Sago Palms that were gorwing too large by our entrance circle?

We need input form all homeowners. Tell us your likes and dislikes.
Only by working TOGETHER can we make The Preserve the outstanding community of Sanford, especially for our friends and families.

I know a number of families in the neighborhood that are extremely unhappy with there being no regulation on other homeowners and residence taking care of their yards ( mowing, edging, ect) This is paticularly discouraging that the majority of residence are not taking care of their lawns and this is causing the neighborhood to become junkie. There are many families wanting to move because of this very reason and my question is, what sort of guidlines does our homeowners set for this community reguarding this issue and when will this issue be delt with and how?
May 3rd HOA MEETING

Your question is one that myself and several of my neighbors have been asking for several months. It is probably the main reason that I ran for the HOA board this past October. The answer to the first part of your question, and many more, may be found in the Homeowners Handbook, (...in the white binder...). One of these was presented by the Builder to every homebuyer at their closing. Question, Part 2.....at the last HOA meeting, the Homeowners voted to oust our former Management Company, basically because of their performance, and voted in ''House of Management''. As soon as our new managers were notified of the change, they started to get to work, even though they do not officially take over until May 1st.
By now, you should have received a letter in the mail notifying you of the change.
Please. Come to he HOA meeting on May 3rd. and bring ALL of your neighbors with you!
Let your voices be heard.
It your best platform to meet the new managers, share your thoughts, and listen to their plans to help our community.
We all have huge investment in our families here, and a major financial investment, too.
Thank you.

HOPE TO SEE ALL OF YOU MAY 3RD!!!

The issue of uncared for lawns is top priority. Wayne and I met this evening to discuss this matter. Wayne will be meeting with Marie, our new association manager tomorrow. He will ride around the neighborhood with her to view the problem. We are setting up a committee to implement fines for owners who are not taking care of their properties. Much improvement has been done in the common area but more is needed and so noted. We are very serious about this matter and feel that with the help of the new management company we will see results soon. Thanks for your note. Julie
