When are things going to change around the neighorhood? The community has become relaxed, when are the neighborhood watch signs going to be updated? Who is attending the C-PAC meetings, I recieve mail from organizations that we use to attend their monthly meetings(Police, Fire,Animal Control and Major)wondering why we have dropped the ball on these very important contacts. We had a very strong contact with the City. We need to get that back. Why is the next meeting in August? The Meetings should be conducted once a month, that is how to keep people interested and motivated in the community.

Changes are working

As you may be aware from the newsletter we are trying to change things. I was unaware of some of the items that you mentioned. I have contacted neighborhood watch and I will be attending the CPAC meeting next Tuesday. I am trying to open up the communication betwen residents and via email and phone calls. Our main objective has been to firm up the covenents and restrictions since this is our only legal enforcementof compliance in the neighborhood. We are trying to maintain an active association but it is difficult when only a few members show up at the meetings. Please email or call me with any concerns you may have.
