I think it is absolutly SICKENING that we tow individuals who park on the side of the road. There are a MULTITUDE of reasons why someone would park in the street: deliveries, quick hellos, services, ect... WHY TOW??? Seems like a small brained persons behavior. HOPE THIS CHANGES  XOXO - A CONCERNED CITIZEN
