My wife has a respritopry condtion that requires her to be out of the damp winters of Nashville.  We are interested in buying a Schooner Oaks unit but would like to test it for 3 months next winter.  Of the two units that have been listed for rental, one is booked for Jan - March 2016 and the other will not be  rented in 2016.  My Question for owners is if anyone is considering a 3 month rental for 2o16 Jan-March.  If so please comtact me at  tdchristensen@comcast.net   or 615 288 4097   Tom Christensen
