My wife has a respritory condation that requuers her to be out of the cold damp wineters of Nashville.  We are consdiereing a unit buy in Schooner Oaks and would like to test a 3 month winter renatl in 2016.   The two rental units listed with agents are not available for 2016.  If any owners are consdoering rented ther unot for 2-3 months in 2016 (Jan - March ) Please contact me at tdchristensen@comcast.net  or 615 288 4097.  As a bonus of our possible time there, I would be happy to offer the SO COA a free one day  Kayak School for 6 residents (I am ACA Certifoed Sae kakay instructor) and would have spare boats for SO resdkents to use for the school.   Tom Christensen
