Scioto Woods Civic Association

I am not a dog owner at this time, but I continually get someone else's dog waste put in my trash can because someone does not want to stink up their own trash can.  I am sure this is happening to my neighbors as well, as they have to walk their dog daily, and I do not get a daily deposit from them.  I did however, find 2 of them in my trashcan today.  I have had 4 of them in the pat 3 weeks.  Anyone else having this issue?  Its gone on long enough now that I am about ready to call the police, though they will probably not be able to do a thing, but we have someone living in our community that does not care about their neighbors.  If I had a couple of trail cams I would set them up and get their pics, but I don't, and have been out of work since 2018, so I cannot go buy any.
