HAIL DAMAGE

The insurance settlement was very generous. Safeco Insurance Co. has awarded us almost a million dollars. Our budget is so improved by this event that no increase in homeowners' fees should be necessary for many, many years. That's the good news. The bad news is that the community will be in a construction zone again. The roofs, drains, sheds, carports and patio covers were damaged throughout the complex. Replacement work will begin in January with the more badly damaged buildings getting first priority. You will be notified before any work begins on your building.
