Because the sheds and the carports were damaged, patio covers resting on the carport or shed must be moved before repairs can be made. Each homeowner affected will be notified in advance. Look for a policy on patio covers in general in the near future. There were no specifications for
patios until about 1984.

The Board of Directors, did a walkthrough of the complex on Saturday November 28. We were dismayed to see so many patios attached to fences, sheds and carports. Some are structurally unsound, and some are eyesores. We invite you, as homeowners, to walk or drive through and judge for yourselves whether the look from the alleys enhances or detracts from your property values.
