Settlers Crossing HOA

I have been told by a member of the board that no one makes 5ft fence anymore.  Their solution is to buy 6ft fence and cut 1ft off.  That is crazy if I have to buy a 6ft fence I am going to put it up.  Why spend money for a 6ft fence then cut 1ft off!!  Does anyone know what we have to do to get this changed?  I am more than willing to sign a petition and know my  neighbors around me would too.

I am with more privacy I need to replace my fence soon cause of storm damage and can not find 5 ft fence and dont want to pay for 6 ft and cut it off we need to have options of 6 ft or 7 ft fence I will sign a petition for the change.

Can I put barbed-wire on top of my fence and add some gun turrets?
