Settlers Crossing HOA

barking beagle on long trail court

Can we change some of the covenants come next HOA meeting?

I'm tired of seeing owners walking their dogs without leashes in the neighborhood and multiple barking dogs 24/7.  SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!

Yes, something CAN be done...bring it up in the  meeting in December.

Also, maybe we can pass something about the 4 wheelers tearing down the streets and tearing up the greenbelts.

1.  What steps do we need to take or address priorto the meeting to insure that amendments can be added to the covenants?

2.  Can we make changes without an attorney?

3.  How much say does Oklahoma County have regarding our covenants?  We are considered rural but our subdivision is built up almost like a town.  Oklahoma County ordinances are vague or lax because they are set up for rural residents that mainly have farms or large properties.
