Settlers Crossing HOA

I don't think that playset was cheap, because we have a smaller version in our backyard and it was expensive. They are just not made for a neighborhood, they have to be maintained ie. stained etc. I am just concerned about this thing not being save with the slide down etc. If someone vandalizes this thing, someone is going to get hurt and I would hate to see anybodies' kids injured.

What do you expect for $246 a year? Never in my life have I heard so many losers nit picking and whining about what somebody else should be doing. Especially those who have had 20 or more posts to this site. It’s obvious that you have nothing more to do but collect your welfare check get on the computer and complain. None of you have tried to contact the HOA or anyone; your complainers. Besides if you really want these things fixed you'd get up off your duff and do it yourself. You don’t need to contact anyone; you don’t need to anyone’s permission; those are all weak excuses to legitimize your whining. Turn off your computer, put down your beer down and go organize a cleanup crew. Mommy’s not here to wipe your snotty nose anymore. But I'm sure your not going to do anything but try and legitimize your whining again.

It is not my responsibility as a home owner to maintain anything around here except my own property. You sound very ignorant. I don't think, anybody can collect "welfare" checks and afford to live here. This is a forum for home owners to voice their opinion, whether you like it or not is of no consequence.
