ur in the wrong neighborhood kong

Though it is looking pretty junky with the "dues" signs at both entrances and the lack of landscaping. I understand it is important for all homeowners to pay their dues but the homemade signs are insulting to the residents. I know we pay for mowing, snow plows (didn't plow in '11-'12) but I thought we paid for landscaping (flowers, weeding, etc) for the entrances??
