Shavano Ridge Homeowner's Association

Today we found out tha, t together, with some neighbors our cars got broken into. We love this neighborhood and as a realtor myself, I know that the location of this homes is great. However is my experience than many times my clients even though they would like to live around this area they choose areas farther out in Ih-10 , where they feel they would have more security. I have been in this neighborhood now since 2000. I am certain that a gated community's for Shavano Ridge would enhance the attraction and demand in this neighborhood. Not to mention the peace of mind that would give us residents. In the last three years we had been broken in twice. Like me I am sure of numerous families that had to go though this very unpleasant situation. Please let me know your thoughts.
