Shea High was recognized as one of the two schools in Pawtucket making 'significant progress' on the NECAP scores.  So, many thanks the classes of 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012--We could not do it without you taking these tests seriously and your teachers doing such a great job to support you.  Second, the girls basketball team is now 13 and 6 after a thrilling game against Sanchez in overtime on Tuesday.  They play undefeated Middletown tonight--come cheer them on!  Third, Zack DePina has been invited the RI Football Dinner on May 2 as a Silver Medal Award Winner--great job, Zack.  Fourth, boys swim has their last home meet today at 4:30 with a championship meet at Roger Williams on Sunday at 1:00--come cheer them on!  Fifth, as of this morning Shea High is in first place to win the Tobacco Free text-to-win contest with HOT 106.  If we do win, singer Jeremiah will perform at Shea for free!  Finally, the Senior/Sophomore Valentine's Dance for tonight is on!
