Sheffield has 390 one and two story homes, a pool and playground complex, and some of the finest people in the Houston metro area. We are centrally located within a varied retail market, in close proximity to quality schools, hospitals, restaurants and shopping. Sheffield is minutes from major highways U.S. 290, the Sam Houston Tollway and Interstate 10, providing access to the Houston metro area, Austin/College Station/Hill Country, San Antonio and Galveston.
Meeting Notices
If you would like to receive meeting notifications through e-mail, please register through the Crest Management website at www.crest-management.com. Click on "Communities" and then scroll down to Sheffield and there is a box to enter your email address. You will receive notifications at least 72 hours in advance of the board meetings. All homeowners are welcome to attend the open meeting portion of the meeting which begins at 6:00 pm at Crest Management's office. Currently the board meets every other month.
