Certified Copies of Articles of Incorporation,By-Laws and Certificate of Good Standing,an Incumbency Certificate setting forth the names of the corporate officers entitled to act on behalf of the corporation.6) If a pet is part of the application, a notarized affidavit from the Veterinarian of the pet with breed type, weight, size, color, name, and any other relevant characteristics of the pet.7) All documents must be delivered to the office of The Shelborne Ocean Beach Hotel Condominium Association, Inc at 1801 Collins Avenue Miami Beach FL 33139.Note: 8) A copy of the Warranty Deed or Quick Claim Deed must be sent to the office of The Shelborne Ocean Beach Hotel Condominium Association, Inc at 1801 Collins Avenue Miami Beach FL 33139,after the closing takes place so owners records can be updated.
Maintenance Payments:
