Has anybody ever suggested a pool at Hillwood? I believe many Davies plantation homeowners would enjoy a pool at Hillwood and it would probably help to keep the competition high against families who are deciding between Germantown and Davies. Germantown homes that go for some of the same prices as the homes in davies have a neighborhood pool,as does oakwood in lakeland.So itd be nice!

very very good idea. its great for the nhood and great for the kids and gives parents a chance to meet. i have been to quite a few with my kids and grandkids.
