My contractor recommendations

I always use Phillip House for my sheet rock and carpentry work and I have recommended him to many neighbors and everyone reports back that he is a bang for the buck plus the work is quality ....his cell # is 644-7405 and just leave a message and he will get back to you within a day. The thing I love about him is when he says he will be there at a certain time you better be there waiting....very punctual! My plumber is Hugo Plumbing ...Robbie and Richard Hugo own the company and are friends of Phillip House. I switched to them last fall because my plumber retired.I found out the other day they live in the neighborhood. J Hugo Plumbing's # is 386-4664 I have a great handy man and his name is Jim Cole and I use him for anything and everything. He can build a custom piece of furniture to repairing anything...builds fences etc.and his # is 748-3720. My stucco man is Jimmy Reyes and I love his work and his price...so honest like all the others and will tell me when I am not ready to do maintenance, but will point out things that I do not notice! His # is 372-6625 and his cell # is 412-1951. James Camp and Sam # 829-4321 for major tree work next to your home with limbs hanging over the house....insured and bonded. I have another tree man Terry Wiggins and his # is 388-1996 or Cell # 870-5000. Henry Cain_ Roofer 385-4990. For drainage and back hoeing call Andy Payne...372-6115.

gutters and covers

I recently asked members of our home owners association to recommend a good gutter cover to keep out debris from the oaks, and I wanted to share the info. There were 2 recommendations for Gutter Guard, about 5-6 for Gutter Helmut, and 1 for Gutter Hallet. We had A-Z construction intall new gutters and Gutter Helmut for us. We are pleased so far. We will know more when the oaks drop their leaves this fall and shed the catkins next spring!
