On Friday 9/20/06 my wife and I were driving on the backside of Davies at the posted 30MPH speed limit, when two young ladies in a Dk Green Late Model Toyota 4 Runner passed us on the left after tailgating us for 1/4 mile. License Plate on this vehicle was 406FKR. Anyone knowing these individuals or recognizing this license plate should be aware of their potential for speeding, rude, and dangerous behavior while driving.
