Sheridan Valley

We are constantly fighting the reasons to join an association.  We feel that the minimal amount of dues we pay goes along way in keeping our neighborhood safe and our values stable.  BUT... we do have about half of the neighborhood who is afraid to pay dues because they are afraid of control.  Losing it or feeling that someone will have control over their house and what they want to do with it.
