Welcome! As you are all aware, each year we elect new officers and board members to our homeowners' association. This election is open to all the residents willing to commit some of their time to serve our community.

I am honored to have been chosen to serve as your president for 2001. I look forward to working with you as well as the other officers and the board of directors.

As a resident, I am sure you are aware of the importance of our organization. We aim to keep a safe and clean neighborhood. In order to accomplish this, we need your cooperation. This is a team effort organization. We cannot do this alone. Again, we need your help, thoughts, participation, and cooperation to ensure that this community's needs do not become too overwhelming for only a few volunteers.

I look forward to working with each of you. Let's committ to having a neighborhood that we can all be proud of and look forward to a great year.
