While walking your dog, please "scoop the poop", even in the common areas. It's the nice thing to do for your community. Many of your neighbors have requested this courtesy.

Also, several homeowners have complained of roaming dogs and cats in their neighborhood. There has been a black cat with one white paw, seen around a neighborhood which has killed several birds. The Town of Flower Mound has an ordinance pertaining to animals "at large" and animals that are "public nuisances". Homeowners are requested to take care of their pets and be thoughtful to their neighbors. Animal Control will be called to pick up pets found roaming the neighborhood.

Homeowners are reminded that it is their responsibility to maintain their lot in an attractive manner. Please conceal your garbage receptacles from public view except the night before, and the day of collection.
