As spring approaches and you get ready to make changes around your home, please be aware that there is an architectural review committee in operation in the Shores. The covenants stipulate that homeowners must submit plans regarding changes or improvements to this committee for their approval. Changes that are made without the approval of this committee may have to be removed at the expense of the homeowner.
Be thoughtful of the committee members and give them adequate time to process requests. They will do their best to act in a timely manner. The committee requests at least two weeks for consideration of plans. Factor this wait-time into plans and agreements with contractors.
