The Shores of Coventry

It's a new day

Pleasant update this morning on the status in my current and your old neighborhood. SUCH changes have come about as a result of hard work of some of our residents, the Authorities, and local government. We now, truly have a cross-section of cultures and ages, with people from small cities and large, and ALL excited about living here in such a, now, safe and beautiful environment for raise a family or retire. McMillen Park has had quite a facelift and continues to be a bustling place of gathering for local and city groups and celebrations of holidays for a variety of international peoples. Irwin Elementary, too, has expanded it’s playground and opened it to locals; it’s a MOST- welcome addition to the already well-maintained Bethlehem Lutheran Church playground. The Trails are bringing in bike riders and walkers from other neighborhoods, even miles away; locals, too, enjoy the track at the Park, starting and ending their day with healthy exercise. Allen County Council on Aging, too, is uniting seniors and disabled from different parts of the county (country, too), and walks of life; give them all a support system. To all who have helped, I give sincere thanks and only ask, who else can we get involved and how can we all help?
