Sienna Park

Sienna Park - Playground

Posted in: Sienna Park

Attention all residents:

Please notice that the graffiti has been removed from the playground, and the rules have been posted. Thanks HOA!

Just a heads up to sienna park residents, make sure you have your gate code when you go to the playground. Homeowners who are renting out their homes should make sure that their renters have the gate code because from what I have learned, the rules are being enforced and the police are being called on anyone who is caught climbing the fence, or going underneath the fence.  Ive seen it happen already.

I am glad that someone has stepped up to the plate to show they care! Besides, everyone should follow the rules to help stop crime, and keep the park clean. Its the only way we are gonna have anything nice. The next thing we all (as residents) should do is make sure the mailboxes and poles are free of graffiti too. I think we should all work together as a community! Smile  I know that I for one dont want to live in "the ghetto".

While the park clean up was needed & definately appreciated, I think we need be aware of the type of workers hired to take care of our parks.

I have confirmed that my daughters little pink phone was stolen from my porch on March 3rd. We were gone a little over an hour, we left at 5:45 approx and returned a little after 7pm. She had taken the trash out, so she set her phone on our bench. We were outside with flashlights searching for the phone. (my daughter even went through the trashbag & trashcan) After checking the call log (bc it was turned off initially) we called the phone numbers which they had called. The first number was to a 210-363-1296 & the guy claimed his name was Fred. From the sounds of it, this was his "crew", but he couldn't pin point which one took my phone. Not only that, he asked my husband that if he located the phone, would there be a reward? The nerve! I called him & he was more coopertive, after explaining that this little pink phone belonged to my 11 year daughter. & now some grown man in his crew has her phone with her pictures in it. How disturbing! He said he would investigate, but has yet to return my calls since Friday. He also did confirm that the white truck belonged to his company & it was his clean up crew at the park. "Sometimes when the guys do these things, they will hide it from me, so i will see what i can do" Nice, it must not be the first time this has happened

After calling the phone and texting we did recieve a response. "Sorry you lost your phone, i think my friend "found" it, but i went back to the Valley & she said i could use it. So when i get back, you can have it. God Bless, good night"

I thanked them for responding, but their return date will be in two weeks. Sprint confirmed that there is alot of activity/usage since it was stolen. We disconnected service & took it as a loss.

The phone may be replacable, but my point here is: PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! & how can I confirm that this company will not be used in the future?? I would also like their company information? I would like to report them to the BBB! How dare they come to my house & steal from me!
