What I would like to know is how can Sierra Springs HOA disregard ssome of the City Ordinances of San Antonio and then accept others. I did not now that this subdivision was call Sierra Springs, Texas. This is the first time I have lived in a subdivision that had an HOA and I am not impressed. I would like to move out where there is no HOA and I am trying to talk my husband into it.
