Silver Creek is a Deed Restricted Subdivision

What this means to you.
Upon the closing of your home you signed papers that stated that this subdivision is Deed Restricted.
If your builder, or realtor did not give you a copy of the Deed Restrictions please contact the management company so that a copy can be sent to you.

Some things you need to know

To build a fence in the subdivision, you must send a written request to the board outlining your property and your plans. You will then recieve a letter from the board with an approval or denial of your request. This also pertains to any improvements you would like to make onto your home, or property.

If your mailbox is in need of repair, they can also give you the names of some people that may be able to help. Mailboxes in the subdivision are uniform.
