According to Richard Gamble, Concurrency Transportation Engineer, Clark County Fairgrounds/proposed Amphitheater may NOT use 134th Street exit/or 139th Street for ingress and egress to the fairgrounds. They may only use 179th Street and are building four lanes of ingress and 4 lanes of egress to and from the freeway.
