"Taste of North Denver" is a cookbook which uses recipes and stories to celebrate the diversity and heritage of people who live in North Denver. The foods of North Denver restaurants are featured and illustrated and accompanied by tales from owners who are old-timers and newcomers. Net proceedes will benefit a non-profit or project to be determined by the committee. Needed are adults and teens as interviewers (6), illustrators (3), team leaders to organize production, publicity and a tasting event for pre-sales.
