SLOAN¡¦S LAKE CITIZEN¡¦S GROUP EVALUATION: Building a Healthy Neighborhood

For those of you who have been attending the SLCG General Meetings you know that we have been developing a new process to better meet the needs of our community and our members.

It is critical for us to know how this new format is working and therefore we encourage you to please take time to complete the following questionnaire.

Other options are to print this out, answer the questions and then mail your response to the SLCG, 3125 W. 21st Avenue, Denver, CO 80211 or bring your completed questionnaire to the March 13th SLCG General Meeting.
