SDSU palns to build 540 units adjacent to our property to be completed in '08. The Del Cerro Action Council is trying to eliminate this project or at least to have it significantly scaled down.
Your participation in any meetings on this subject to present our opposition would be most helpful, alongwith financial contributions to pay legal fees.
A lawsuit has been filed by the group (alongwith Alvarado hospital and the City of San Diego)to require a revision of the Environmental Impact Review (EIR), which is considered by the group to contain considerable incorrect data.
