Dumpster-Spring Cleaning

The first dumpster was full by Monday afternoon (28th). So, I have ordered another. It will be left at the end of Smokerise Point until full or 30 days whichever comes first!!!

Contractor Signs

All homeowners are reminded that Contractor Signs are NOT permitted in your yards. Only FOR SALE signs and POLITICAL Campaign signs are permitted (security co. signs also).

So, if you have a painter, remodeler, swimming pool installer, etc.working at your home, that contractor cannot place a sign in your yard. Sorry, but that's a deed covenant restriction put in place almost 15 yrs ago.

REMINDER!!!!! Architectura; Review Committee

If you intend to put up a fence, repaint your home a DIFFERENT COLOR, plan to have a swimming pool installed, re-roof your home with a different color shingle, make a room addition to your home, change your driveway, etc.
In essence, do anything to the outside of your home to change its appearance in any way, YOU MUST SUBMIT your proposal of this change to your Smokerise Plantation ARC (Architectural Review Committee. Gary Ricards is the Chairman and resides at 224 Smokerise Trace.
