How to report a complaint!

Have you noticed speeding on our neighborhood streets? Does it concern you when your children are walking to school and that same car speeds by? Call the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department recorded Traffic Complaint Hotline at 303-734-5175. On the hotline, you are asked to leave the date, time, vehicle description, and license plate number of the car in question. Messages are checked every day and an officer will return your call if you leave your name and number. According to the Sheriff's department, an officer can call the alleged offender and give a verbal warning. However, unless you are willing to go to court, no formal prosecution is possible. The Sheriff's department may step up patrols in the neighborhood also.
