snapper village association and board members are not for the benefit of owners, they are there to collect money only. Not only the monthly maintainance fee, but also, inpecting fee, background check fee, etc, imagine, 100 dollars for background check per person, that's huge. And they find all kinds of excuse not to approve renters, give all kinds of trouble to the owners if they want to rent the unit out. Too greedy, and too restricting unreasonably, power and mony, that's all they want. All the unit owners should unite together, ask the board members to be more flexible, all to be the board members ourselves.
