Hello, I am just wondering what exactly the HOA dues pay for? The reason I ask is because I feel that SANDING THE NEIGHBORHOOD STREETS and or plowing, should be included. My concern is not only for my safety and the safety of others but what about getting out of our neighborhood to GET TO WORK? What about the slipping and sliding one may do on the streets en route to their home, which in turn may cause an accident, hitting not only cars but possibly a home? I know that may sound a bit extreme but all accidents are extreme no matter the size. Anyway, I love my neighborhood, I was just wanting to know what could be done to remedy the icy/snowy conditions?
