This is more of a curiousity than anything else. I often walk my dog along the banks of the Grand Canal between the 3rd Avenue bridge and Central. A few times I've decided to walk him on my bike so that basically he pulls me along and he can run as fast as he wants.
A few times at night I've seen a flash bulb go off, coming from one of the utility poles. When it first happened I thought it was a spark from the electrical wires. Then on another ride it happened again. I don't think I'm going crazy, anyone know?
