What are the rules pertaining to solar panels.I have heard that a HOA cannot say no.  I'm sure our HOA has some restrictions. Could someone please let me know what those are.

Texas Property Code 202 has the rules, regulations and homeowner rights in regards to solar panels.  Basically, the panels have to be placed on the back side of the home unless you can prove that by placing them on the front or side of the home with produce at least 10% more energy.
