You may have heard about the plastic water bottles and gatorade bottles that are being found near the entrance to our sub. Many of them have spit from tobacco chew in them. It has become an eyesore and a little bit of a trash problem.
What do you think we should do? Continue to pick up the trash? Be more observant and try to catch the person doing it? Rat out our neighbor who we think is doing it? Put up a temporary sign that says something like "stop trashing our neighborhood!" Set up video surveillance?
