How do Pawtucket homeless survive in -20 wind chills?

Does this global waiver stuff affect the homeless? I assume many of them get serviced under medicaid for health/so do they get cut out?

Who knows what will be under the new formulas....some of the stuff is really good and some has so many loopholes and with little staff, a truck might fall thru..enjoy the hearings and the legislators saying nay or yea. next week

By the way, hopefully the shelters are accepting people tonite...It was really cold with that wind even with a coat, hat and scarf from the car to the house.

We really got to straighten this source of services for the future...by the way does the food from the neighborhod party next sunday still go to St Pauls shelter?

The next few days are supposed to be brutal, so hopefully all those who have contact with those who are homeless our prayers are with you and them. Also as we help think of those coats we gave in November and shared that are now warming many of our neighbors. Thanks again.
