Sonoma Ranch

Does anyone know when (or if) a redlight is going to be placed at Sonoma Parkway and Hausman? According to a newsletter we received about a year ago it was suppose to be done in Jan. 2007. Well it is now October 2007 and still no redlight.

Good question! I saw some folks working on Hausman the other day and thought they were laying out new markings to accommodate a stoplight--I guess not. All they did was re-mark lanes.

Our tax dollars at work for us! I guess maybe they are waiting to put in a tolled intersection--just waiting for the right time.

Redlight on Hausman and Kyle Sea

The City Council folks informed us at the board meeting in October that both lights had been funded in this City fiscal year. Which means, they both will be installed by the end of August 2008. We will all be waiting to see if it happens.

I missed that part of the meeting (was counting election votes). You say ''both''--are you referring to the intersection of Kyle Seale and Sonoma Pkwys also? I think a light could be beneficial there too.
