the following comes to mind: 1. pro-comm has to read or hear about your concern first. 2. no one at pro-comm will be able to answer your question immediately 3. a possible answer, though not meaningful, would most likely be ''we'll have to research this'' with no offer of turn around time for an answer. 4. another possible answer or response from pro-comm mgmt, ''pro-comm cannot enforce much of anything like this'' anybody have any experience with spectrum mgmt? i believe they are the mgmt company for our neighbors across sonoma parkway at the arbor. i will add that pro-comm mgmt is consistent in what they do, staying the course. -richard By richard |

Commercial Vehicles
There are no provisions in the SR CC&R that prohibits commercial vehicles from parking on the street in front of houses. The only restrictions on vehicles is reflected in Section 4.5.7 of the Covenants where it states no truck larger than 3/4 tons shall be kept, parked, stored, or maintained on a portion of the lot or street. In this particular case that you are referring to the homeowner living at that residence may work for the ambulance company and is authorized to drive this vehicle home at the end of their shift. Other similar situations around the community are police vehicles like DPS officers who have a vehicle assigned to them where they are are authorized to drive them home and park them in their drives or on the street. I hope this helps clarify your issue/concern. |

Commerical Vehicles
I wish we (The Springs)all would park in the darn driveways. In comparison to the Summit and Reserve, we are looking more like lesser neighborhoods all the time. I would like everyone to drive in a lesser neighborhood and then drive in the Summit/Reserve. There are few, if any street parking in the latter. Parking in the driveway makes the neighborhood look much more kept. ''Parking is an essential consideration when creating an attractive residential environment''(www.ccc.govt) In the case in question, that house has a three car driveway...only one space is ever used and he still parks in the street. Go figure!! It's not just him. Many people in the Springs park along the street with empty parking spots in their driveways. The question ultimately becomes what type of neighborhood do we (The Springs) want to resemble/become. It's our call. |
