Sonoma Ranch

Hi, I just moved into the Arbor at Sonoma Ranch.  I was wondering... Is there anything I can do about neighbors playing extremely loud music?  I live about 4 houses down from where the music is coming from and it is extrememly irritating.  I can't imagine how their next door neighbors feel.  If I would have known this, I wouldn't have bought the house in this location.  I can't believe people would be so inconsiderate. 

I would suggest you call the local authorities and report it. There is a "NOISE abaitment" department.

Just call the police department and explain to them about the unbearable noise. They will pay a visit and measure the level of noise. Your "happy" neighbor will get a warning. Most of the time this will stop them, otherwise you could report them again. If the officers have to show up more than a couple of times. The "happy" neighbor will have to pay a hefty fine.
