The Enclave is a gated community in Sonoma Ranch just as The Hills is.   That neighborhood has a beautiful stucco fence with beautiful landscaping.

What a disappointment to see the difference in the two neighborhoods.   We have been cheated.

Now, what can we do?   How can we get the finished wall and landscaping?

Don't you guys get it.  Is is a legal good ol boy system.  That is what HOA's are about.  They take care of themselves and to hell with the rest you "little people".  This is evidenced by:

1. closed meetings that are held inconvienent times for the homeowners

2. only one open meeting/year...as if cared what you had to say during it anyway.

3. provides no direct contact numbers to individual committee members

4. no opportunity for open forums

5. they will sue there homeowners at a drop of a hat

I wouldn't be suprised if the company that built the wood fence is somehow related to one of the committe members.$$$  Moreover, the cheaper wood fence was built because the committee may gets a kick back for monies saved during the physical year.

All I am saying is that there is a reason a wood fence was built and it has to do with unethical dirty politics.  Don't believe me?  Click here: http://loan.yahoo.com/m/primer13.html

Additionally, when was the last time a committee member got on this forum and responed to some of the comments?  The committee members knows this exists!! they just ignore it!!!

Lastly, don't be offened by my comments or this HOA.  Every HOA is alike. If you leave, there is another HOA around the corner just waiting for your money and for you to stop complaining. I was once pissed like the rest of you....I just recently accepted my wrong doing of buying a home here.

I recently heard from a few neighbors, that Lee Thompkins and Procomm are currently (after this thread was posted) soliciting bids to build some type of "solid wall".  (Thompkins, if you're out there, I suggest you communicate on this issue)

Almost 2 years ago, few neighbors started pushing Lee Thompkins for answers on why the wood fence was built. He basically stonewalled us for a month, and then finally said that Procomm would be taking bids for a solid wall.  A month later he told us that the bids were too expensive. (If they even took bids at all) and no wall would be built.  Completely unsatisfied with his answer, I ask him to provide to us, a document or show me proof of a clause in my builders contract that states a wood boundary fence can and would be possible. Again, no answers, then he kind of just went away.

I'm an architect with a college education and completely disgusted with the way Wanita Seekins (who my wife calls "the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to") and Procomm operate. They seem to have delusions of a "HOA" bureaucracy they hide behind and no one is really accountable.

I heard Lee Thompkins lives in the Enclave, (MY NIEGHBORHOOD)

Thanks Lee, how does it feel to live in the ugliest neighborhood in Sonoma Ranch.

I am a resident of the Enclave and think the wood fence looks completely out of place.  We deserve full stucco like the rest of Sonoma Ranch.
