There is a very disturbed man living in the Arbor. (bald cuacasion, red jeep) His house backs up against the Sonoma Park Blvd. This jerk waits until after 10:30 bring out an amplifier and electric guitar (which he can't play at all) or beat on makesift drum kit made from trash. He has no regard for children sleeping. (even his own) He has a history of reckless behavior and has had the police and CPS (unfortunately he has small children) called to his house numerous times
How many times do I have to call the police or fire department (sometimes he starts large fires in his backyard) before this idiot can behave. I just called the Police for the 9th time in three years. Does anybody have this same problem.
